IBLI was highlighted in the July/August issue of Frontlines, for the second time, as one of the 20 projects USAID counts among its most successful. The FrontLines is by USAID and features articles about USAID; international development and humanitarian assistance efforts around the world; and the people who are dedicated to these efforts. It is produced bimonthly and distributed electronically and in print.
